Exclamation [HELP!!] BIM 360 Revit Lost Connecton (2018)

One of our projects now does everything in the cloud through BIM 360 at the architects request. It was working great up until about 2 weeks ago when in the middle of working I was unable to sync or connect. When closing the project and trying to load the project again, Revit was unable load any project folder in the BIM 360 drive. It's just stuck on loading.

I am the only one in the office to experience this issues so far. I can access my BIM 360 Drive from the file structure and online, just not through Revit to actually open a project. I did a reinstall/ repair of both C4R and Revit 2018. I have also done a complete uninstall of Revit 2018 and all tools and updates (2018.3.1). After the uninstall and reinstall/ update I got it working for about a day before it had the same issue and I was no longer able to connect.

If anyone has any ideas, I would love to hear them! Autodesk support has just been forwarding me from one person to the next.

There was a Century Link outage which affected the Internet for many companies. Try cleaning out the cache files. %localdata%\Autodesk\Revit\%RevitVersion%\Collabor ationCache

This was not linked to an outage. It's not consistent who has the issue to what degree when. Two other members on the same project do not have these connection issues. Other companies on the project in different cities have similar random issues with connecting to 360 from it shutting down to freezing, but there is no broad commonality that we can find other than the software is just glitchy.

We found an issue last week if someone links in a dwg off their own computer it can lock down an entire office. Since I did not have the path available I was able to go in and remove the offending dwg and save...after that everyone had access again.

Also, check to insure everyone is using the same build.

All links are in a shared network drive, but that is a good thing to consider for the future! We are all on build 2018.3.1.
