    A question for you RFO:

    how one would make a schedule in Revit as shown on the picture?

    No trick, only workxflows.

    Totally doable (little more complicated then Alex's suggestion), just the blank fields are confusing me. How did you accomplish that?

    Well, in that case: here's how it's natively done in Revit...
    Only thing bugging me is that I would like to have the 0 fields as a blank. This one will be getting quite confusing in larger schedules. But in the short time tinkering with this, I haven't been able to make that work.

    It updates the same way as shown on the vid.
    Step by step sequences coming.

    FYI, this idea was behind my head for a couple of month, I really needed it in my job. Fixed now.
