    Aaron--

Back at this post for the first time in a long long time... My new company doesn't really have a good Revit project template and it looks like I'm going to tackle it. Or should I just propose that they buy the Parallax Revit template? Any concepts change massively from the OP???

    Thanks!

Change MASSIVELY? I'm not sure. But a whole lot has changed, in the last year. Still at BILT, but maybe I'll type a list tomorrow in the booth.

I've recently stepped into the role of BIM Lead at a large practice. I don't want to rock the boat too much, but I'm not planning to let established practices ride if they need improving. One is the practice Revit template, which seems to have accummulated an awful lot of dead weight. Multiple parameters for the same thing for example (often with the same name!!) I want to give it a thorough clean up.

Does anyone know of anything that will let me produce a report on the content in the template? Schedules of Views, parameters, view templates, lines and text types, families, etc?

You could just schedule some of what you're after and I'm sure there's paid apps that do the other things, but Dynamo will do all that quite easily and for free.
