    Thank you Tianxiao,
    I have enrolled as educator, and am currently downloading twinmotion with Artlantis to follow. I am looking forward to it. It is wonderful how companies can support our future professionals by access to their products. My second year students can now have access to both of these products for presentation of their commercial designs, and more importantly for you, they have experience with the software and carry that forward into Industry. It is a win-win situation, so thank you.

    As far as commenting on the process;
    What i did find was the process was a little confusing where you sent a different password for access to the advent store than the login password I had established.
    And also when the cart was finished, it wasn't obvious that we have to click on the product name to actually start the download. Maybe a 'click here to start download' text would help. Might sound trivial, but things like this need to be quite clear for students who have had limited experience with vouchers/carts/free downloads from the carts.
    I went to have a look at your terms and conditions and they were in french. No problem, I found the english button, but from memory it took a bit of searching.

    Je vous remercie.

    Hi Biff,

    Thank you for your reply and for your remark. It is very useful for us!

    We did a whole test today about our new Education site. Indeed, there are several points which are not obvious for students/educators to understand. For example, the different password sent in the confirmation email to get access to the educational store. I'm afraid that it won't be changed, but we'll try to put a "warning text" to let students pay attention.
    About the download link, when the chart is finished, you will receive the download link & activation code, as well as the order information by email. The download is automatic from the email without having to log in to the site again. We'll do the same thing for Artlantis as well.

    Thank you again for helping us improving our Education site.
    If you have any other remarks about the site or our products, please don't hesitate to tell us

    Best,
    Tianxiao

    Yes, the artlantis link was different after my communication with your efficient team there. They confirm it will be fixed. That is good, because if you supply anything but clear obvious easy steps steps to students, you will have an avalanche of queries.
