Structural plan view indicating walls above as dashed and walls below as solid

Firstly I am fairly new to Revit, in the process of switching from Autocad to Revit and have been trying to configure my RC Slab layouts to match my Firms standards.
Basically our slab layouts looks down at the slab indicating down-stand beams and soffit steps(bottom step) in hidden lines as usual, but supporting structures like walls and columns are shown as solid and hatched, and any brickwork on the slab that doesn't line up with brickwork below, is shown as being dashed. This way all load bearing items are made distinct and bold.

Can someone guide on how to set up my drawings to achieve this, note that I am busy setting up a template and if this could be achieved on a template.

I have attached a pdf of one of our projects that will shows what I am trying to achieve.

    Welcome to the forum.

You can start with the Structural Framing view template, duplicate it, and do some changes to the model categories's visibility graphics of the new view template.
    1) Structural Columns > Cut pattern: Fill solid > black
    2) Structural beams > Project
(The view range does not to be changed).

Then, in the properties of view, you need to do this change:
    1) Edit type: view direction up.
