Help needed: Span Family with rotating Text/Label

Created a custom span tag family. Success!

Now, I am trying to associate a rotation parameter to my text and a detail line that will rotate apart from the span direction.

I locked my detail line to the reference plane. I keep getting an error "constraints are not satisfied" I constrained the detail line to the reference plane so that it will rotate together : (

What am I missing? is there a way to associate my text to the rotation as well?

Don't use reference planes for rotations, but reference lines. Lock the detail line to the reference line.

Align and lock the annotation family to the endpoint of the reference line, in both directions, vertical and horizontal.

Also, that circular detail region that you have in the center, must have the center of the circle (in the sketch) aligned and locked to the center of the family. Right now it is loose and it is moving when the ends of the arrows are extended.

Also, you can have a dimension that controls the line of the detail line, in case that needs to be extended as well. Because the text will grow or shrink with the scale of the view.

Thank you Alfredo. I used a reference plan instead.

How do I constrain a filled region to a reference plane? I'm unable to use the align tool to see the padlock to constrain it.

    ??

Select the filled region > Edit boundary > Select the circle > from properties, select "Center line visible". Then align and lock the center of the circle to the reference planes, and finish. Now, when you stretch the length of the line with two arrows in the project, the filled region will stay put at the center of that line.
