    Bent Plate with parametric degree

I'm trying to create a bent plate family (simple extrusion) from which i could change the angle & the length of each leg... I'm trying to wrap my head around the reference plane vs reference Line with no luck. Please find attach what I've started. Suggestion are more than welcome...
