NOOB question: delete callout type and section type?

I'm trying to clean up my template and can't get rid of a irrelevant callout type and a section type. I'm pretty sure the template has no views using these types. I can't find them in the project browser or the Purge window and don't know where else to look. What am I missing (beyond the hour spent trying to figure this out already)? Thanks in advance for any tips!

Purge Unused-Select none- then go to other styles on the bottom-select what you want to deleteClick image for larger version.

Well, there they are! I'm completely lost on creating and modifying callouts and sections, but now I know how to get rid of the ones I don't want. Thanks!
