Create two labels in the family, one for each good location. Add a yes no parameter to the labels' visibility. Create new section head types, one for a vertical and one for a horizontal section line. In the project create section types for both vertical and horizontal, and select the different head types respectively. After you place the section line you will have to change the type of the section.

It's possible that two won't be enough in your case, in my section head family two was enough but we use single letter section names.

Not a perfect solution to your problem, but I think you get the idea how it works, expand this example to fit your needs.

Other workarounds may exist, I found this easy to set up, and just two extra clicks after the creation of the section line.

If you want to go this route you need to make Types for the Section Head family and assign them to different Section Types.

I won't share the family, you will learn a lot about how Revit works while creating this. Imagine this as a homework. Also this family is not in English, you won't understand a lot of things, I changed the parameter names for the sake of the screenshot, and it also contains other shared parameters not in English.

Yes, I left out one step by accident as Bjorn_k said. Your final "family chain" should look like this:

Section: (This is the section you select on a plan view), create one for vertical and horizontal, select the respective section tag family
Section Tag: Also create one for vertical and horizontal, select the respective Section tail and head
Annotation symbol: (This is what you made in family editor) You have to create family types, on your screenshot it seems you didn't created types yet.
