    custom section head rotation (2019)

i have taken the OOTB section head and added a masking region to block out any linework that might interfere with the text inside of the section head. the problem i have is when i need to cut a section other than horizontal. when i cut a section at any angle the line that divides the text for the detail number and the sheet number gets cut off. i was wondering if anyone has a solution?

Use text and underscores or dashes to make the line. Search the forum as itĺs been discussed and demonstrated previously.
