    Multiple detail family

I have found a 2D family for a lot of window, sill and jamb detail for many different cladding applications.
The file is a .rfa file.
I only want to insert (or import) a few of these multiple options.
I cannot explode the file since there are too many items.
Any idea how I can get only a small section of that file inserted?

Make a new family, copy-paste stuff out of the other family, save and load into your project.
If it has all sorts of parameters for each piece, I would just copy the family and remove the stuff you don't need, purge and save as a new family.

I usually have a separate file (or nested shared families) for each little detail item, so I can tag them separately.
