Creating Titleblocks (Revit 2014) - Sample Values issue

I am having issues when creating my titleblock families in Revit. I am using one of our AutoCAD titleblocks and I've deleted all the unnecessary fields and added all of my labels. Then when I go to Edit Label I change the Sample Value to how I would want it to look on the drawings. So, for example for the Reviewed By I have "XXX" for someone's initials. However, when I bring the titleblock into my template or a project all the Sample Values change to noting of what I had to the point they won't fit on the titleblock. I am not sure what is happening, and any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Because the labels are sheet specific, if any instances of text was there before it will still show that way when you load in a new/updated titleblock. For instance my Titleblock default sample text is XXX for Drawn by but it shows Author on the sheet...as it was that way in the model template.

But if its changing sizes (Won't fit in the titleblock)...that's new to me unless you brought in your CAD titleblock and its not at the right scale (1:1)

Okay, I may have spoke too soon before checking it out. Once I put in initials it goes back to fitting on the page. However, I had to where the initials, project date, and project number all were right aligned and that has gone away.
