    Materials and Textures

Here is a nice link that I use constantly for reference images and textures.
Some are tiled, some are not
Some are Huge, some not so much

However most are free (registration required)

    Hope you like

Many thanks for the link - they look good, and genuinely useful.

If it is of interest I've used these sites among others for many years for free textures:

There are some free textures here that are good quality (although the procedural ones are for Cinema 4D):
    http://www.noctua-graphics.de/english/fraset_e.htm

another site I've used which has some high resolution textures (but sometimes needs work to make them tileable) is:
http://www.animax.it (best viewed in Internet Explorer, doesn't seem to like Safari)

    and another free textures site:
    http://textures.forrest.cz/

While I have purchased many CDs of textures from 3DTotal, they also do post free stuff as well:
    http://freetextures.3dtotal.com/index.php

You can't have too many texture sources

I contributed a couple of those textures at cgtextures a few years back. Great site.

Thumbs down 3DTotal library didn't work at all

I bought an online texture library from 3DTotal and I had problems downloading it. I paid for it but never got access to the library at all. I contacted them many times asking for a solution or a refund but they were not very helpful.
Just explaining here so other people don't make the same mistake.

Have you tried to contact them through their social media accounts?

it is distressing if it works only by contacting them through 'social media' accounts. They should have a duty of care to respond to normal contact procedures. In this case email. I would run a mile at this point. Just my 2c.

Depending on your payment provider (credit card, PayPal etc) I'd be contacting them and telling them to reverse any payments. No product=no payment.
