I finally got round to trying to replace Revit 'Glass' material with this 'bottle-end' style of glazed panel.

In Substance Player I reduced all the framework to zero and exported the Diffuse, Normal and Alpha channels to start with. In Revit I used the Black Glass material which seemed to have more parameters to play with than the material just called 'Glass'.
I brought the exported diffuse image (a .jpg although Substance defaults to .tga) into the Revit material as the main image and the Normal into the bump channel.
In Revit Black Glass material I nudged the scale of the image to make the 'bottle ends' about the right size (about 40 mm / 1 ½") and put the Normal image in the bump channel to match.

Essentially it worked but the lead cames holding the bottle end glass don't seem to have come through so I'll have to play about with this a little more to find out why.

The client loved it though and I was surprised how good the slightly distorted glass worked just viewed in Enscape.

You can further reduce the number of 'bottle-ends' to just one in the centre with part circles surrounding it and with less frame that might look better but for a first go it's not bad

Wow, Substance Alechmist, currently in beta but available to Substance subscribers to play with looks pretty amazing.

Youtube video explaining how it works and what it does - looks a proper tool for manipulating Substance materials:
