Question 2019 materials new appearance symbol appears

    Hi all,
I am a little confused about the triangle notification that shows on all materials in 2019 that says something along the lines of using another appearance for better quality. Sorry i dont have it open at the moment to see the correct wording. I realise there is an improved physical based capability, but with the new materials library coming down with 2019 anyway, wouldn't it all be assigned anyway?
Can someone explain how all this works now?

Autodesk can't auto replace every material made in templates and files with the new physical based materials... So all the old ones "alert" you that they can be upgraded to a new render asset for better renderings.

I wish there was a way to turn off those warnings. I haven't investigated if there is a way to hack it. I'm guessing there is.....

Sent from my Phablet. Please excuse typos... and bad ideas.

    Thanks aaron.
So do i find these in the normal libraries by clicking the file name in appearance tab, or am i going to some other area to find them.?
I have just had a look and now not sure whether I go through the appearance replace click arrow, or click through the actual image name. If i do click through the image name part, the assets don't have improved or not indicated, but appear to have more available. hmmm.

Facing the same dilemma. I don't care to update every material, but do want to understand what the 'update' method is, since our non-standard install may have affected what MIGHT have been a more automated process (although it doesn't sound like the standard install resolved any of this for anyone, either). Good times!
