    Can not render clound in revit 2014, why?

    hi guys, i have a problem need your help!
    I have a project, and when i finish design kitchen interior, i need render some view from here.
    So you know, i choice render in clound from autodesk sever because render normanly solower (ofcourse before that, i had been done with revit 2013). But i have an error The file could not be translater-1 (showing in Photo)

    plz help me fix this error, i haven't somuch time (deadline of this project nearly come)
    My english very bad (im from VietNam), hope you understand me!!!

    Log off of Autodesk 360, close revit, re-open it and log back in.

    Also, check your computer name and if there are any "special characters" (as in, characters with accent marks). If you do have a special character in your computer name then change it! haha. Hopefully it is a bug that's picked up in the first service pack.

    im seeking in every where specially in feed back of autodesk website.
    And i doing same thing like you but still cann't render in clound.
    But when i delete every stair and ramp, everything ok, now i rendered that don't know why?
    Who can explain to me? thank guys

    It is a known error with 2014. The element ID's of the stairs are conflicting with other elements. Apparently it will be fixed in the first Service Pack (which has not been released yet).

    Hi, All, we did bunch of fixings in Revit 2014 UP1 for the cloud rendering!
