Angry Raster Printing "Consistent Color" Elevations

I recently ran into an issue when printing colored elevations for a city review process. My elevations seem to have a white silhouette of the elevation placed over the top of them. It at first looked like a white filled region, but then I noticed my brick rowlock shape showing up along the edge of the silhouette. Every time I print it seems to put these "silhouettes" in a different place. It doesn't matter if I print to a printer, plotter, or to PDF (using Bluebeam and CutePDF) - all the same result... and only on these specific elevation views (none of the other elevations in the project have this issue). Any thoughts on what could be causing this?

    Thanks
