    Are the cars RPC or pulled in from RevitCity or something similar? they look pretty faceted.

    Something else that can help a lot - your sidewalk is essentially floating above your grass. If you raise your topo up to the level of the sidewalk it will help out a bit. If you don't have a topo from a civil firm you can use floors to make your sidewalk, parking and grass. They are quick and easy and you can use a slab edge for curbs.

    Finding cars that aren't RPC or CAD imports is next to impossible...

    The RevitCity cars are most likely imported from CAD and can lead to issues in the model - this is also why they are faceted. There are dozens of threads discussing the pitfalls of CAD imports.

    What is the blue wall material?
