    Steel Materials

I'm not big into rendering or materials but I would like to do some quick renderings. Does anyone know or can share the materials used to render the steel structures shown on the box and install for Revit Structure. I'm looking specifically for the red paint? material. It's been used on every case since Revit 2009. Shudder to think Autodesk would ever add that steel material to it's list for the common user.

Does it have to be that specific one? I use red paint for my steel as well. I just created a material with the OOTB red paint asset.

It doesnt have to be that specific one, but I would like it to have all the properties that come with the standard material i.e. Metal - Steel - ASTM A992. I'd rather not change a material from steel to paint, not that it matters to anyone but myself

Just go to the appearance asset of the ASTM A992 material and change the color to red.

Thanks. Actually the color wasn't true red, but a darker burnt red. I didnt know if there was a specific RGB number to go with. I wound up picking the darker red basic color 128-000-000
