    welcome welcome

stairs renders are for my friend, who is a stairs producer actually I had the pleasure to use one of this stairs, and I have to say- they're not bad - even when I have agoraphobia and acrophobia (and after few drinks )

Those stairs are a long way from legal in Australia.
    But they look nice.

In the US alternating tread stairs are legal under the IBC.

It's not the alternating treads, its the Rise (190mm Max.) and Going (240mm Min.) and also see note on sheet 1-
A 125mm sphere must not pass through riser opening.
Same goes for anywhere within the stair construction, balusters/stringers, railings, etc.
So imagine a ball 125mm dia. cannot pass through "anywhere"on the stair....
125mm = kid.... so they can't fit through anywhere.
