Oh come on now, they have to be able to run off a 5 watt SET amp to count as toys....

I have all of the Little Details Count instruments, but thats cheating.

I also have Johnny 5, that i downloaded from somewhere. But its all native Revit geometry. Fairly impressive.

When I was learning how to make families I built an entire bar. Beer mugs that have parametric beer and head levels, whiskey tumblers with ice cubes, cigarettes burnt to different levels, beer kegs, and neon signs galore. I made pool tables, poker tables, piles of chips and a fancy leather poker chair complete with dimpled brass nails. The stage had speakers, a drum set, monitors and a couple of microphones. The lighting system had lights that could change aperature size, gel color, change rotation and pitch. The only thing I never managed to get to work right was the lasers. I couldn't find a laser IES file in '12.

Pity my carpentry skills aren't on par with my Revit ones.

God I miss giant speaker stacks like that. One of these days I'll actually make it Tresor & Berghain

I've heard Berghain's not worth the queue anymore.

dunno. Probably depends somewhat on who is playing, but given the fickle nature of that crowd (i.e. ravers / techno snobs) there is probably somewhere else that just isn't a big name yet.

those are mini speakers. I don't know if anyone here had ever been to the original Fillmore (1954-1968) but the ceilings in the main ballroom were like 50 or 60 ft high. The stage was like 7 or 8 ft off of the main floor and was probably 40 ft wide and Cream's setup had two banks of two speakers each on each side of the stage that sat on the stage and I swear were only 10 or 12 ft from the ceiling. They were Huge! I'm not kidding when I say that I literally couldn't hear for 2 days after that concert. Clapton was amazing...8/24/1967. They were there from 8/22 to 9/2 and I had fleeting thoughts of going again but my ears told me, "no, don't do it" Nostalgia Rocks!
