    Question about revit formula

Hi everyone, i have a question please.
I have added some parameters from 1 - 10 under data in my farmily type, which has some values. I want to write a formular at the 10th parameter to combine all the values from 1-9, as shown in the fugue. instead of typing the values again. Can someone please help me with the formular.

Pretty sure that's not possible in your family. But you can combine parameters in a schedule.

You're looking for concatenate, which is not possible within Revit. Dynamo can do this pretty easily, or if you have access to a spreadsheet link tool you can export it to excel to combine, and then push it back in.. As Robin said you can combine fields in a schedule to make it look like 1 field, and you can also create a multi-parameter tag that will show them all as one string. What are you trying to accomplish by making them all 1 parameter?

    Q. May we talk about the numbers and full stops in your parameter names?

Yep, not something I would do or recommend, Pretty sure that will cause all sorts of issues when trying to use them in formula's.

Since they appear to be parameters for (mostly) text values, that's not so much an issue for Revit formula - but downstream they can become a real headache when wrangling datasets.

But it's not really that, it's the notion that a value needs to be ID'd so - it's as questionable a practice as author prefixes in SP names. Width is Width.
