Linked 2017 Revit files to 2017 Revit, measuements will not read correctly?

As the title explains, I have linked some revit 16 files to revit 17. I am detached from the center model. I am extreamly new to revit. I can see the 3D and sheets of the project. What I can't do is pull measurements for MEP takeoffs and pipe lengths. The measurements will not read correctly. Any help would be much appreciated. thanks.

Not a 100% sure what you mean, but have you tried to turn on the "Include Elements in Links" option when creating a schedule?
