Use Revit 2015 with 2016 license

I am about to buy a license for BDS Premium for 1 year. Previously i have used the LT suite.
The license i can buy is a 2016 license but i want to use 2015 for my projects.

Does anyone know if this is possible with Revit?

Unless something has changed, I am pretty sure you can only use an older version with the new license when your current license and the version you wanted to use where on subscription. Now, if your Revit LT 2015 was on subscription, then perhaps that meets the criteria. Hopefully someone from the Factory can shine in with more specifics.
That said, what is your reason for wanting to use 2015? With very few exceptions, and in my opinion, there is no good reason not to upgrade all current Revit projects to the current Revit version. So starting new projects in an old version is a pretty unusual desire.

I searched and found it on the Autodesk website.

I need 2015 because the other drawers also use 2015.
