    2D Detail Components in Linked Files

    Hello All,

    I am using 2D detail components in a linked file. When I cut to the approprite view, the 2D detail component (in this case, I have a small hatch as a 2D deail component - to match our standard CAD detail) does not show in the host file.

    How do I get it to show? Is it somewhere in VG?

      Unfortunately, this is something that cannot be done.....all you can do is create a sheet with the same callout numbers in your current project file and reference those. (The drafting views are dummy details, blank...)
