    Revit won't export to DWG

    Hey everybody,

My video speaks by itself so here it is:
Revit Won't Export to Cad - Alexandre-Cantin's library

First time I encounter that issue. Does anyone would know why?
FYI, I unloaded every link I had...
The thing that may affect is that I'm working on a new computer with fresh installed Revit.

Anyone ever experienced that kind of issue? Exporting to dwg is essential for our coordination.

    Thanks

Are the exporting in the ? Usually when I export it will actually tie up Revit for the duration and I can't do anything.

Have you tried doing it using the standard template, instead of the Douglas one? Maybe it's screwed up.

Nice one Dan. I took the Structural Analysis-Default Template and it worked fine...
I tried to export from my template and it doesn't work anymore. What does it mean?

I'll try to start over my whole exportation configuration and give you feedback.

          Happy monday :banghead:

I don't know what it means. That's usually one of the first things I try when anything custom doesn't work; try an OOTB one. If that works, chances are my custom one is screwed. I'm glad we at least figured that part out. No fun recreating it, though.

Just a little tip I found a while ago : Editing the exportation parameters from Excel is much more easier Copy paste at it's best.

Hey Dan! Just found the real issue. My boss asked us if he could move some folder from a network drive to another and I didn't think that the template and my projects are refering to the exporting setup file in those folders. Just had to relink it, redo my modifiers and TPS to my projects. Et Voilà.
