    RFO Core Tenents

The Admin team have been working on a "RFO Core Tenents" document for a while now, and I´m happy to announce that it´s now final, and made available here, and from the Top Navigation bar

Thanks to the rest at the Admin Team, but Iru & Ian in particular for their efforts on creating this!

We need a button that gives Rep to the whole Admin team. And then we can all press it. Much thanks to all of you. For this effort, and all the other effort as well.

Ok, I fully agree for 99%. But I do have one issue with this. Although I applaud the "interactive" setup of this site, with users keeping ownership, active communication of changes, etc, I do miss the part where it states that in the end Forum Admins make the call and have the descisive endvote on changes. For instance:

RFO will, in most circumstances, open up topics of discussion that affect the forums to the community. Please understand that RFO can't take a "poll" for every adjustment to the site. However, RFO will listen to the feedback of its membership and take appropriate action if possible.

My take on this would be that it should be:

RFO will, in most circumstances, open up topics of discussion that affect the forums to the community. Please understand that RFO can't take a "poll" for every adjustment to the site. However, RFO will listen to the feedback of its membership and take appropriate action if possible and desireable.

Just my 2 cents fwiw. Besides that: great work team!
