Wall Foundations won't cleanup

Hi
I am somehow new to Revit.
I have got these Foundations which I need to connect. But When I try to connect the left wall to foundation Revit can't find a cleanup.
I wanted to use structural Foundation but when using them with Wall foundations they always have an unnecessary line at the junction, that's why I used wall foundations.

Is there a way to fix this?

This is one of those areas I think the naming of the tool is confusing. Structural Foundations are actually footings and these are designed to attach to the bottom of walls. As far as the joining issue, check the base constraint of your walls to see if they are the same.
