I have a couple walls in my legend phase that are showing up that shouldn't be. If I click on the wall to check / change the phase it lists the created phase as None. Obviously the wall as created at some point in imaginary phasing time so it should have a phase. FWIW - they don't show up in plots so it isn't a huge issue but I'd like to figure it out.

Walls with no phase?

Seems like a database error to me. Get your file to autodesk, see if you can delete the walls, and be sure to keep regular backups (and check those if they are still accessible). Depending on the stage you're in in your project I would consider copying out all none-broken geometry to a new file too.
Usually when Revit starts doing these kind of things a "this file is corrupt and needs to be manually recovered" is waiting to happen.
btw: when you link and bind the file into a blank project, do these walls transfer too?Martijn de Riet

You could just cut and paste the walls back to the same position. This will effectivly delete and recreate the walls. It will aslo "re-register" them to the database. they will probably pick up the phased created parameter as they come back into the database.Jeff Hanson
