Drafting View Sections VS Building Sections

Just out of curiousity, do drafting view sections only show up on the view in which they are placed? The don't act like building sections and show up on every view (that's not filtered) right?

From what I understand, they show up just in the view you place them just like any other annotation. Just try it in an empty project. Place one on level 1 and then open level 2

One more question, just to make sure I'm seeing this correctly.
I changed Project Browser to show all views not on sheets. Legends and Schedules don't get filtered, correct? If they are supposed to, there's something wrong with my project! lol

I don't have revit at hand right now but I think this is normal behavior.

This is indeed normal behaviour since Legends and Schedules can be on multiple sheets. Although the button says "show all views not on sheet", what it actually does is "show all views that can be placed on a sheet".

Okay, that makes sense now. My next question was going to be "why". lol Thanks for clearing that up Martijn.
