    Element Dissapears Pleas Help

I am trying to render in Revit. I have made successful renderings on this same model already. Now if I try to modify anything (ie. change color, change from 'default' to material, or any similar material change) the element doesnt show up in the rendering. I cant figure out what the issue is. When I try to render a new project some materials just show up black. Any ideas? Thank you.

A little more info might help troubleshooting: Have you recently upgraded to a newer version of Revit ? And is your OS in English ?

Ive made no changes that I am aware of. My OS is Windows 7 ultimate 64bit all english. I have already changed and modified material on this job without any problems. Maybe ill just try re-loading Revit.

It´s a long shot, but if the materials that are turning black are all "custom" materials, maybe the path to your "custom" render library have changed ?

Munkholm is right, are the materials that are black (missing) textures you have imported (downloaded) and in a seperate folder, and has that folder been moved on your machine ? Just the slightest change in path to materials causes this problem.
