Line.Direction property

Hi,
Line.Direction Property Returns the direction of the line as XYZ(sinA,cosA, 0) (in 2d). A is the angle between the line and the north (I think so but i m not sure). My question is : what is exactly the line direction in Revit API ?.

Property Line visibility in 3D view

I want to see property line in 3D View. I go to VG of my 3D View and check property line, but still I cannot see it.
