Why when I make a view list schedule can I not have the detail number on my schedule? Any BIM work around?

I don't think there is a BIM workaround. That parameter is not available. If you create it and add it to your view list schedule, you still have to enter the detail number manually, one by one. Maybe a task for API?Freelance BIM Provider at Autodesk Services Marketplace | Linkedin

But unfortunately there's no real way to do this. Just be glad your foresaw the problem. I once spent a whole day modifiying my titleblocks, browser organisation and sheet and view lists only to find out afterwards...Martijn de Riet
