i created a drafting view with a unique name but did not appear in the project browser. thank you much for your time.

Your browser is probably setup with some filters. Right click the top line of the browser and go to the properties to check.Martijn de Riet

And old thread, but I am experiencing the same thing in REVIT 2017
No Filters, no sorting, nothing in the project browser organisation.
Drafting Views just not appearing.

I guess it is a template thing for I can create one in a new file with an OOTB template.
