Callouts do not Crop on Dependent Views

I just filed this Service Request, but I thought I'd throw it out here to see if you guys can beat Autodesk.

Not sure if this belongs in Wish List or Bugs, because its' probably been this way for a while.
    But it's just not right!

    Try this:
Draw a few walls on a Floor Plan.
Make a Dependent View (or two) Crop the Dependents to - say half the floor - East and West halves
Create a Callout on the main View that goes half-way into each Dependent View
On the Dependents, the entire Callout shows and there is no way to have only the portion inside the Callout appear.

The Callout boundary does not respect either the Crop Boundary or the Annotation Crop.
The attached image will show it better than my explanation.

Ive always assumed it was supposed to be that way. Showing half the callout wouldnt be very valuable (for me), so it sort of made sense. What should it do, just show half? Where would the bubble go, both halves or just the one? (Just curious...)

      Scope Boxes don't help, either.

The problem arises when you put that Dependent View on a Sheet.
        It just don't fit!
The Callout sometimes goes below the Titleblock and that can screw up plots.

I see your issue with the bubble, but as far as the line, I'd just cut it at the edge of the Annotation Crop.
Callouts already aren't following the same rules as other annotations.
Text or Dimensions just disappear as soon as they hit the Annotation Crop.
Callouts show the whole things ALL THE TIME!

Attached is a quick (and very dirty) example on a sheet

I'm having the same problem here and no real solution. If you turned them off, they will be turned off in the overall plans too since it;s a dependent view.
