    Tag and parameters edition

    Hi everyone,

certainly because I learn something with Revit every day I work with, I found this tip, certainly already known by some guru out there....
It deals with tags and parameters.

Depending on the family it deals with, you have the right to double-click on parameters in tags in a view, so that you may change them.

Following pictures will show you that column doesn't act like doors or walls.
Some categories allows you to directly edit type, instance or shared parameters in a tagged view.

Check pictures and feel free to comment, Gurus!

actually I believe the default behaviour is based on the way you create the tag. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the difference between the column tag and the other tags is that the column tag is created using two seperate labels, which each contain one parameter.
The other tags are created with one label that contains two or more parameters that are each set to start on a new textline.
Convert tag a into b or vice versa and the behaviour will change accordingly.
