Question about MEP Spaces in Revit

I am using Revit MEP to export an .xml file for Trane Trace. All is working pretty well except for on the north side of the building. Revit is not adding the glass to the spaces. I am working with a model that has the shell linked in and there is a curtain wall on the north side. I need this curtain wall to show up as glass in my spaces. Anyone know what might be causing the problem?
    Thanks,
    Dan

When you have an Arch. model that consists of multiple models: core and shell, interiors and structural. How would you link them to the MEP model? I have been linking them each individually to the MEP model. Is this the best way to do it?
I was thinking of grouping the Core and shell and the interiors models and then linking that to my MEP model. Would this help me and my space load issues?
    Thanks,
    Dan
