What controls the spacing between the leader and the tag? I have 2 of the same tags calling out 2 different members. On has the leader near the tag, the other has a big gap. Why? I'd like them all to be uniform. It looks like carp. lol

that's weird. almost looks like one is outlined to the right and the other to the left. are you sure these aren't different types? did you mirror one by any chance?Martijn de Riet

This is strange, both my tag by catagory notes are looking the same. I would guess you cant safly reload the "Generic Model Element Tag", your "Structural Column Tag" is displaying like mine. both are OOTB content I am playing with.
I would venture to guess that they allignment of the txt in your "Generic Model Element Tag" is off. If you even the family you will probly see somthing like below. The text should be dead center of the rp lines.Attached Files-Alex Cunningham

Yep, both tags look exactly the same. The only difference was the structural member tag family had the "outline" of the label (when you select it) way past the "box". I stretched it back to the box, reloaded it, and nothing changed. I guess that part doesn't matter. I guess I'll live with it for now. It's not a big enough deal to stop being productive, it's just bugging me. lol
Thanks for looking into it guys. I'll mess around with it a bit more and see if I can figure it out.Dan

I sometimes have a great deal of problems with reloading families.... they dont always update. If you can, without causing too much damage to the rest of your project, remove the family and reload a new fresh one. or test it with loading it with a new name and trying it that way.-Alex Cunningham
