Revit to Navisworks - Preferred file format and why

What is your preferred file exchange to bring Revit models into Navisworks and "Why":

NWC via the Navisworks Addin's plugin

3D DWF or DWFx (Design Review format)

3D DWG (3D AutoCAD file with custom layer mapping)

IFC

Other

This is coming about as of the following workflow issues which have been determined here: DWFx Crash - AUGI

Ditto.

Why? Because it's native (to Navisworks) and we can - I wish the answer were more technical, but as it is, that's how/why we do it.
