    Spot Elevations in Section?

    I am working in RAC 2010. I created a topo surface per points from an ACAD survey. The surface is fine and I can spot elev in plan. Is there a way to show elevation in section? a grid of sorts?

    You can place refplanes and tag those... In the print settings there's an option to not print refplanes but you'll still see the spot elevations.

        Would be nice though if you could just tag the surface instead....

          at this schematic level of our project the ref planes would actually help understand the topo in section better. thank you, the spot elev on the ref plane works like a dream! also using a detail line to accentuate the major elevations in 10' increments.

          thanks again, and yes, it would be much easier and straight forward to be able to spot elev the surface.

          but then we wouldn't have to use our imaginations to find a work around ;-P
