hi everyone, how will i hide a certain row in the schedule? i generated a schedule, i want to hide certain rows so that it will not appear in the scheduling. tnx.

You'll want to use a Filter to show only the rows that you need. If there is nothing else, you can use something like Comments (or description) does not begin with - , and put a - at the start of the comment for each row you want to hide. -
you haven hidden field option in the schedule appearance window. and also a button in the ribbon.Julien

it's actually on the Formatting tab and it only works for fields (columns) not for rows. Filtering is the only way that I know of to leave out rows of data.Originally posted by jbenoit44 View PostI'm retired, if you don't like it, go around!Comment
