Controlling Line Weights of Attached Revit Models

Well, I am populating this today!

I have an attached Architects model and want to scale down the lineweights of the walls etc. Halftone just doesnt do it enough and its still too thick for me. Is there a fast way of making them all a certain pen weight, 2 for example?

Is it just a case of going into VG linked models and then choosing all the model cats and changing the pen weight?

Short answer, yes. Slightly longer answer, do it once and make a view template to apply to other views.

You will find that with controlling the linked model thru VG is limited. The solution for this is to go into the linked model, set up the view, and back in your model set it to Linked View. The natural problem with this is when you get model updates. :-\ Linked views are the highest level of overides as well. Once its set to linked view you can not change anything without going into the linked model and editing the view.

        Thanks for the replies.

I may ask for the arch to do me a favor and set some views up like I did for him
