One possible solution is this:
Create a profile family for the section of the ramp. Then create a ramp with the ramp tool, setting up levels and slope, etc. Then create a model in place as a Swept Blend, creating the path by using "pick 3d edges" on one of the curved edges of the ramp. Load the profile correctly on both ends of the path. Finish the model in-place and then delete the original ramp. The profile can be modified to include the parapets, if necessary.Attached FilesFreelance BIM Provider at Autodesk Services Marketplace | Linkedin

Very nice trick!
Although I wouldn't exactly delete the original, more make it not visible in views. Or really thin as a deck for the sweep under it. Just because when you use the pick line tool the sweep should update when changes are made to the ramp (right?). It would be easy to have the original ramp as a placeholder when some dude decides to change the level height with 100mm...Martijn de Riet

Hi Guys
I have a similar problem, but due to legislation I need a landing every 10 meters (for the disabled). I tried various methods but I still have this problem at the landings (see attached). The images should serve as an explanation. Basically the custom section's plane is not vertical. Can one manipulate that plane (profile 1 & 2)?
Any help would be appreciated.

would be nice if we could have multiple profiles for a sweep...oh wait we can in the conceptual massing environment
either way the above mentioned methods would still work, just need a bit more forethought. if you created your ramps/landings in separate pieces. model one of each then copy/paste/elevate would be a simple (if brutish) way. There are no stupid questions, only stupid people
