    It kind of becomes a shambles with 4 or more variables though. Use a matrix to keep your head on straight:


    A>D A>C A>B A
    B>D B>C B
    C>D C
    D

    =if(A>D, if(A>C, if(A>B, A, B), if(B>C, B, C)), if(B>D, if(B>C, B, C)), if(C>D, C, D))

    EDIT=if(A > D, if(A > C, if(A > B, A, B), if(B > C, B, C)), if(B > D, if(B > C, B, C), if(C > D, C, D)))

      I have 3 dimension (length) parameters
      Want to have 4th paramenter = the maximum value of 3 length parameters

        Post #35 Will get you exactly what you are looking for. Just drop the D and keep A, B and C

        It will look something like.
