    Help me this 3D Sweep

I read some threads about 3D Sweep in this forum. Thanks a lot.
Now I have a problem with it : I created a Sweep Blend Solid like the attached image. I choose Model Lines > Pick lines, it is allright. Now I want to make a Fillet from 2 segments ( see image). How must I do ?
These 2 segments are not attached with any ref plane. I can not create any ref plane for these 2 segments.
    Can anyone help me ?
( Sorry, my english is not good ! )

Can't you just use the trim command?

Draw a reference plane along the bottom line in plan (top down). Name your reference plane. Go to 3D View. View--Orient to Plane--Select plane in menu. Sketch model line. Set work plane to reference plane in menu. Draw your arc-fillet with model line. Move fillet edge to the intersection of second vertical line. Go back to 3D view. Trim lines.
