    Revit and Sharepoint

Our office is looking at migrating everything over to sharepoint, and was woindering if anyone else out there has looked at this. My guess is with Revit's central file/worksharing set up it's not going to play nice with sharepoint. Any thoughts, experiences.

We've tried it and it is possible but not viable. Windows is the limitation with its authentication. You had to refresh the mapped drive everytime you needed to syn or open or.... Plus forget the editiing requests. It would have been a great solution.

I found a plugin for revit and autocad that allows them to connect to sharepoint. It is in the autodesk appstore named cadtowin and there is a 30 day trial of it. Personally I'd recommend trying it out before buying. Best regards mates.

Hi there. Has anyone made Sharepoint work with Worksharing? We're using Version 2018 or 2019. Thanks.
