    Power BI

Does anyone use this with Revit or Navis? We'd started to use the standard Autodesk ones for the health check and best practices but we've now created our own ones so that we see the info we want plus we export the clash detection results from Navis and push them into it. Our clients have found it really useful to highlight where clashes are occuring and who is responsible for fixing them.

    Revit, yes, a lot.
Navis, no, but now you've got me thinking.

We are using Navis and also BIMCollab (as that's the contractor's favoured BCF place). And we've done some really good stuff to help split down the clashes based on Building, level, consultant etc. The main contractor has found it really useful to prioritise things.

So we use the ACC environment to coordinate this, and you can see model vs model hard clashes and this is easy to report and see dashboards with. Power BI With revit yes, with Navis, no. But anyhow thats easy enough to isolate who is responsible in Navis just be element category, or clash type and which model it came from, as long as you set you clash rules up to isolate things you should be able to extract this easily enough (but for power BI and navis no idea)

This is an example of what we've got from Navis and of course it's interactive so if you click on a level in the pie chart all other charts update

It's just an excel. once it's in PowerBI we transform it, the beauty is that you do this once and when you reload the data next time it remembers how you transformed it and does it automatically.
