Where are light switches families?

Trying to do a first lighting layout, but I appeared to have no light switch families. Where are they located?

In UK library, under...Electrical Components/Electric Power/Terminals
and not as I would expect under ...Electrical Components/Lighting.

pity they dont seem to follow UK symbolic representation standards

how do you get light fixtures to glow?

Yes there is probably a very easy answer to this but I cant find anything regarding making the light fixture, for example a recessed can light, to "glow"...
