Hi every one , i need to make like solid concrete under stair bottom threads how can this happen??
see my attached image for further clarification:coffee:
the programme saying ''Can't make monolithic Stairs''.and when i ignore saying yes it remove the side stringer also.
i took screen snapshot of properties of stair maybe i did something wrong and i do not know.
That's probably cause the parameter values you filled in make it not possible to have a monolithic stairs. Look at the pic: the bottom of the stairs cannot run in a straight line without cutting through a riser. So yes, Revit cannot make the monolithic stairs with these settings. Play around with the settings and it'll work eventually.
Have a look in your default Family Folder for a folder called "Sample Files" in there you will find 6 template files-Stairs-Railings-Fences etc.
Open the Stair file and have a look at how these stairs are made. These sample files are handy for reverse engineering.
Pick a stair you want from the stair file "Copy" then "Paste" into your project file.
This will add this stair (including properties) into your "Stair Types" drop down list.
Open file not by load family, but by open project.
By "file" (big R)/open/Project then path to sample file.
or
By windows explorer Sample file/ stairs, double click or right click open

I have to create a stair run of 2 risers. Since the boundary of the risers isn't square (one side is against an angled wall, the other a curved wall)...
