can someone explain where the KoolAide smiley came from, why is it here, and what are we supposed to do with it? All of the other smileys are self explanatory. The KoolAide smiley is a mystery...

What's kind of funny to me about it is that all this time I knew the whole story behind the kool-aide emoticon, but I just realized in digging up the thread that I was the one who first made the kool-aide reference about Cliff in that thread... I really had no idea.
Sorry Cliff, but in that particular instance, you had it coming. Of course, it didn't stop the thread for going on for ten more pages.

"Don't drink the Kool-Aid...Aaron Rumple, AIA"
since the beginning of the thread. Or did he edit the signature afterward because of the topic of the thread? we don't know...
That was an interesting discussion about 2D vs 3D, and CAD vs. BIM.
 you also called Cliff a "bully" in that thread, oops...Freelance BIM Provider at Autodesk Services Marketplace | Linkedin

"Drinking the Kool-Aid refers to the Jonestown Massacre; the phrase suggests that one has mindlessly adopted the dogma of a group or leader without fully understanding the ramifications or implications." There were rumors that the poison had been prepared with Kool-Aid.
So these guys in the discussion in Augi were referring to the Kool-Aid in reaction to Cliff Collins' adamant position about having to model absolutely everything in 3D in Revit because it was BIM; otherwise "then use CAD" to use his own words.Freelance BIM Provider at Autodesk Services Marketplace | Linkedin

I'm sorry, but I've lost a thread... The one about an error message "start with a value or formula starting with '='." Is this forum too big...
